If you ever looked around you during the winter months and thought "There cant be anything edible or medicinal growing in the bare looking woods.." then this is a workshop you will learn what, when, and where you will find wild edible & medicinal species of plant & fungi. Tree species, tapping trees, winter greens, winter fungi, differentiating poisonous look a likes and a whole lot on processing these ingredients for the table and the medicine cabinet. Included is a species summary and photo album of content covered during our walk.
